We need your help! We have a number of volunteer positions at various times throughout the year and some that need your immediate attention. We need your help. We're always looking for people willing to help with the following activities. Let us know if we can add your name for one or more of the following: Band and Choir RefreshmentsThe directors assign certain students to bring baked goods for each concert. Music Friends provides the punch and supplies. Contact us if you'd like to setup, serve, or cleanup at any of the upcoming concerts.
Usher
Ushers are needed for all concerts and the spring Musical. It is fun, easy, and a great way to get to know other parents.
Musical BreakfastWe provide breakfast for the cast, pit, and crew on the last Saturday of rehearsal before the Musical. Would you'd like to help or donate food.Musical set construction begins in late Dec. Contact Steve Krause at skrause@mnsd.12.wi.us
Volunteers are needed during Band Camp each summer for various jobs. Work every day, a few days, a few hours - whatever works for you.WardrobeBand Uniform help is needed during Band Camp when we assign the uniforms and before and after home games.
Dresses and Tuxes are assigned to the upper Band and Choirs in Sept. Help is needed with fitting. Would you be willing to chair this activity?
Solo & Ensemble Hall and room monitors, concession room help, Concessions Co-chair. Volunteer Co-chair. PoinsettiasHelp needed the first Sat. of Dec., in the morning, with unloading and sorting orders.
Cabaret
General Chair, Ticket Co-chair, Food Co-chair, and Decoration Co-chair are need for our next Cabaret Fundraiser. With everything in place from prior years it will be easy to step in and help out. Would you like to join this great team? Can you help with setup or cleanup to make this a wonderful evening? Can you donate items for the raffle or silent auction to add to the success of this fun event? Let us know.
Program Ad Sales
Sponsorships, Love Notes, and Business Ads help pay for the wonderful printed programs that Music Friends supplies for each concert. We are always looking for volunteers who are willing to stop in at a few businesses to see if they will support MHS Music by placing an ad. Do you have a business?
